If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly issue you a refund or process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date as per your preference.
Items for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
What qualifies as a return?
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
- Wrong product, size or color (there may be slight variance in color tone in phots vs actual due to the usage of various photographic lighting which should not be the reason for return)
- Damaged product
- Product lost in shipment
- Products with major quality defects
How do I return an item?
You can return your goods through courier/postage service to our home boutique address below. Alternatively you can drop off at our home boutique. For courier/postage, please ensure you use the service which gives proper tracking number and you need to give us the tracking number.

Refunds for online purchases
Any refund will be issued in your original mode of payment. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any other charges as mentioned in the invoice. We may need your bank account details for bank transfer refunds. Since our OCBC business account can only transfer in GIRO, it may take 2-3 business days for any refund to reflect in your account.
How do I get and use my refund coupon code?
Upon receiving the returned product, we will provide you a return acknowledgement note with a coupon code on your preferred method of contact i.e. email or mobile.
You can use your coupon code to make an online purchase within one year from the date of issue. The payment system will redeem the value matching your refund amount with the coupon code to ensure that no one except you can make this purchase.
